CyberHound and ReadCloud have announced a partnership that will further enhance technology-based teaching delivery in Australian schools.
ReadCloud, the innovative Australian company that created the world’s first social eReading platform specifically designed for schools, delivers the entire Australian curriculum digitally through a single App.
Students and teachers are able to share annotations, videos and weblinks directly inside the eBook which turns it into a place of discussion and collaboration. ReadCloud works cross-platform catering to BYOD schools with eBooks available online/offline and links to interactive publisher content embedded directly inside its App, eliminating the need for individual codes. Teachers are also able to curate their own content to sit alongside the commercial curriculum schools choose.
John Fison, CEO, CyberHound said, “This partnership represents another step towards delivering the latest education-focused technology for Australian schools”.
“Both solutions play a unique but complementary role, ultimately giving schools more choice as to how they want to deliver the curriculum. Technically, it means we’re able to cache the eBooks delivered by ReadCloud and this significantly enhances efficiency and reduces costs for schools”.
Josh Fisher, COO, ReadCloud says, “We see this partnership as a big step forward in technical collaboration that prioritises learning enablement and teaching flexibility”.
CyberHound is the leading innovator in cybersafety and digital learning enablement technology in Australia and the largest and most successful company of its kind. This collaboration expands CyberHound’s strong partnership network across Australia and the world.
