Submitting Spam to CyberHound

CyberHound offers two spam filtering solutions, the legacy CyberHound spam filtering and the newer CloudControl® Mail spam filtering. On rare occasions, spam may leak through the filters. If it does, you can help improve the filtering by submitting spam samples to us.

We can only process samples sent as message/rfc822 attachments; samples in any other format will be discarded. For CyberHound spam filtering users, email samples to submit@spam.cyberhound.com. For CloudControl® Mail users, email samples to spam@ccmail.netboxblue.com. We are unable to respond to spam submissions individually, but we will use them to make our filtering as accurate as possible.
