Web Filtering A new, larger Web Categorization database has been implemented to provide enhanced local URL Categorization, reducing cloud lookups and improving performance for customers with CyberHound HR2 hardware.
RoamSafe Agent for Windows Windows 10 Build version is now visible in the RoamSafe > General datasource.
Content Scanning The ClearView instant messaging client scanning feature for scanning legacy XMPP based applications has been deprecated.
Resolutions
Port Forwards Resolved an issue where some port forwarded connections could be incorrectly blocked by Access Policies. This could also result in block activity showing connections from port forwards incorrectly.
Direct Proxy Resolved a configuration issue with the Direct Proxy if “Accept headers from Xirrus Wifi Access Points” was enabled.
Web Proxy Resolved an issue between the Classroom Control API / Proxy that could sometimes result in “Scanner Error” being displayed for allowed URL’s.
Network Monitoring Resolved an issue where non-proxied traffic would sometimes not display correctly in Network Monitoring.
Network Monitoring Resolved an issue where application names would not be shown correctly in Network Monitoring when originating from an On-Net device with the RoamSafe Agent installed.
Classroom Control Resolved an issue where classroom controls were not working as intended for users logged in with their User Principal Name (UPN).

Web Proxy / Next Generation Firewall Resolved an issue with the NGFW (V32.0x only) that could result in connections made by the proxy being slow, broken or lost, creating system performance and stability problems.

LiveZone Resolved an Authentication issue within the LiveZone dashboard.
Access Policies Resolved an issue where the Access Policy test tool would sometimes not test all Access Policies variation as intended.
Web Proxy Resolved an issue with the Direct Proxy (using NTLM Authentication) where authentication failed due to spaces existing within the username.
Web Proxy Implemented a permanent fix relating to the AddTrust External Root certificate expiry.
Network Monitoring Resolved an issue with Network Monitoring/Reporting that resulted in non proxied traffic not being reported correctly.
Next Generation Firewall Resolved an issue where connections bypassed from the Proxy (Transparent or Direct) would not reliably match an intended rule.
Known Issues
Web Proxy / Next Generation Firewall We are currently tracking an issue in the 32.0.x line relating to the proxy/firewall where typically busy sites can sometimes result in failed HTTPS connections. The short term remedy for this is to restart the proxy under Administration > Web Proxy > Save and Apply changes. This has been resolved in 32.0.4.4.

Enhancements
LiveZone The LiveZone portal has been enhanced with the ability for staff members to blacklist a student device/devices for a defined period of time.
SpeakUp Within LiveZone’s SpeakUp feature you can now customise the “risk type” and “Where did this occur” lists. You can modify these lists via Web Interface > Configure LiveZone > SpeakUp Configuration.
NGFW Applications A new NGFW Application update system has been implemented providing more regular signature updates.
Blacklisting A new blacklisting service has been implemented to provide enhanced blacklisting of users/IP’s triggered by Access Polices policy actions.
Reporting A new blacklisting datasource has been added to reporting providing enhanced visibility and historical data on blacklisted users/IP’s. You can access this datasource via reporting > Blacklist Activity. Blacklist data may now be added to scheduled reports as required.

NGFW Firewall Resolved an issue in V32.0 that could sometimes prevent certain Access Policy protocol blocks (egress) from occurring as intended. (e.g. QUIC)
