Web Proxy Resolved an issue between the Classroom Control API / Proxy that could sometimes result in “Scanner Error” being displayed for allowed URL’s.
Network Monitoring Resolved an issue where non-proxied traffic would sometimes not display correctly in Network Monitoring.
Network Monitoring Resolved an issue where application names would not be shown correctly in Network Monitoring when originating from an On-Net device with the RoamSafe Agent installed.

Known Issues
Web Proxy / Next Generation Firewall We are currently tracking an issue in the 32.0.x line relating to the proxy/firewall where typically busy sites can sometimes result in failed HTTPS connections. The short term remedy for this is to restart the proxy under Administration > Web Proxy > Save and Apply changes. This has been resolved in 32.0.4.4.

LiveZone The LiveZone portal has been enhanced with the ability for staff members to blacklist a student device/devices for a defined period of time.
SpeakUp Within LiveZone’s SpeakUp feature you can now customise the “risk type” and “Where did this occur” lists. You can modify these lists via Web Interface > Configure LiveZone > SpeakUp Configuration.
NGFW Applications A new NGFW Application update system has been implemented providing more regular signature updates.
Blacklisting A new blacklisting service has been implemented to provide enhanced blacklisting of users/IP’s triggered by Access Polices policy actions.
Reporting A new blacklisting datasource has been added to reporting providing enhanced visibility and historical data on blacklisted users/IP’s. You can access this datasource via reporting > Blacklist Activity. Blacklist data may now be added to scheduled reports as required.
